What an amazing hotel! The bathroom was huge with heated stone floor and giant tub. The balcony was serene, overlooking Nita Lake. And you can't miss the restaurant--- the veal cheeks are so tender that you don't need a knife and they just melt in your mouth. For an appy, try the chicken oysters (that's the best cut of the chicken, not a special kind of oyster, lol). The staff was extremely helpful, granting our requests right away. I would definitely recommend this hotel!

Lovely room with a view and a fantastic large & contemporary bathroom. Simon, at the front desk, was very friendly and helped us figure out the summer activities and sightseeing most suited for us. The A/C did not work the first night, so they moved us into another room, which was actually nicer than the first. When that room's A/C was still not cool enough for us (it would only go as low as 71.5 degrees), they brought in a fan. That combined with the fresh air from the slight open (but still secure) balcony door, helped make the evenings very comfortable.
The hotel supplies bicycles, which was one of the most enjoyable free activities. Rental is up to 3 hours; enough time to explore many of the paved biking trails leading to beautiful lakes, mountain views and even into Whistler itself. This was so enjoyable, we rented the bikes 2 days in a row. Weather in July was perfect: sunny, warm and breezy, but not sweltering. Note: There are only 8 bikes, so rent early in the day (by 10am) if possible.
Riding the Peak-to-Gondola was breathtaking and beautiful of course. However, since we have been to the Swiss and Austrian Alps, and also considering the short walking trails on the peaks were closed due to the late summer start (closed because of snow; they had a cooler than normal summer up to this point)…the hefty ticket price may not be worth it to some folks, my husband included. I personally thought it was worth the diversion and views.
Note that this hotel is not in Whistler itself. Rather, it’s in Creekside, a relatively short drive away from Whistler, where the shopping and most restaurants are located. The location is more serene than staying in Whistler, without the village crowd, yet close enough.
Overall, I loved our 3-night summer stay here and did not want to leave the hotel or area.

The place is about 6 KM from the village but the hotel arranges for your transport backa dn forth. I am glad we stayed away from the crowded village. We had a lake-view room. The rooms are very well sized (suite) with contemporary furnishings and fixtures. The place was spick and span clean. The Nita Lake is small but very serene and a trail we took lead to Lake Alta. We also got buy two days and the third free. So with parking (Can $20/night) and all taxes included it came to around Can $230/night and I would definitely rank this stay as one of the best we have had at a resort. The staff is extra polite and do not try to charge you for every little thing. You can get free bicycles, fishing rods (need separate BC license) and also DVD movies for the night. All in all, a hidden gem and would go back again.

Loved this hotel. The view was great, with lounge and restaurant overlooking the lake. We travelled with out dog, a Siberian Husky, who was welcomed out on the outdoor lounge to enjoy a glass of fresh squeezed lemonade. Trails everywhere to enjoy.

We had a great stay and would return. The hotel, with its lodge-like decor, is located south of Whistler Village, but in a great quite and beautiful setting. There is a great walking/biking path just out the door that connects to several in the valley. The train station is literally connected to the building and trains do go by regularly, but the noise is minimal considering. The rooms are beautifully appointed and contain a small "in armoire" mini-kitchen that makes it handy to have light meals right there. The refrigerator is actually usable - not packed with overly priced drinks you don't want. The food at the restaurant was very good, but they need better communications as to what is being served when. (We missed breakfasts in the restaurant as only the coffee shop was advertised as being open.) WiFi in the rooms would be a great addition. Though it is a pet friendly place (thank you!) they need to locate some waster receptacles outside (discretely is fine) in places that the pet owners can easily use them. We had to walk about a quarter of a mile to find one and access into the garage, where there are cans, isn't easy when one is walking. Overall a great stay.

Took with a cell phone so not the greatest quality Stunning, is exactly how I would describe this hotel and my experience there. The drive up to the hotel is amazing and it sets the mood for what is to come. When we pulled into the parking lot we were instantly greeted and showed into the hotel and where to check in. The gentlemen at the door offered to grab our bag for us while we got checked in. The lady behind the counter was very nice and knowledgeable about the area and what to see and do and what was going on while we were up in Whistler, she even personally walked us to our room and showed us around.

The room was perfect, we had a balcony overlooking the beautiful Nita Lake. The hotel had even prepared some of the best chocolates I had ever had for my and my wife's 5 year wedding anniversary. The room was large with a huge soaker tub, an amazing bed (I have to find out where I can get a bed like that) and the room was very clean.

Because it was our anniversary we decided to try out Jordans Crossing, the restaurant located in the hotel. We opted in for the 3 course dinner which was absolutely fantastic. The food was delicious, the selection was wonderful and the view and atmosphere was again, stunning!

All in all it was one of if not the nicest hotel I have stayed in. The experience was wonderful, the scenery is amazing and the staff were outstanding. I highly recommend everyone check it out!

Wonderful View Room
We got a king room with a view of the lake. Really quiet and restful. We are definitely going back in winter. Whistler Village is about a 45 minute walk away, which we did, rather than drive our car there. Remember to take a flashlight if it will be dark when you walk back. Highly Recommend!

We came for a get-away to Whistler and are very glad we chose the Nita Lake Lodge. From the minute we arrived service was excellent. There was a line up at check in, but we were immediately acknowledged and welcomed. The room (one bedroom on ground floor) was spacious and immaculate. Bed is luxurious with goose down, room has flat screen tv, bathroom has soaker tub and top-of-the-line toiletries. Staff are most welcoming and helpful-from Cedrik at check in, to the gentleman who gave us directions to all the dog friendly parks, to the young woman in the lounge for most attentive yet non intrusive service. We will definitely be back.
