Rolled in here after staying at 100 Mile House following a hard drive down Highway 99.
What a fantastic place. Staff were friendly and helpful - showed us how to use all the room facilities.
The room was brilliant, massive comfy bed, huge bathroom, sitting room area, kitchenette, private balcony with a mountain/lake view. All absolutely incredible.
Staff helped me find a place to get a slow puncture on my truck fixed.
Definitely will be back!

We yook the Whistler Dome Rocky Mountaineer Train into Whistler and stayed at the Nita Lake Lodge with our two small children (definitely recommend doing this). Nita Lake is a lovely boutique hotel that is quietly situated on Nita Lake, Creekside.

We had an expansive two level, two bedroom suite with an incredible lake view. The room was stunning and very well appointed and the beds were super comfortable. The staff at the hotel were exceptional. The hotel is under new owners and it is obvious that they are committed to making hotel become one of the best in area. We had dinner in our suite since our kids were sleeping and the our dinner was amazing (my husband is still raving about the duck) and the price was beyond reasonable (three courses for $45-).

We had absolutely no problems with the shuttle service into the village (something I saw in other reviews). In fact calling it a shuttle service is wrong because they have a couple of Landrovers and they will take you to whereever you want on command and pick you up if you call them to come get you.

We travel a lot and prefer small boutique luxury hotels over big hotels. It is pretty obvious to us why this hotel has such a great rating and it is also obvious that as this hotel continues under its new management it is only going to get better.

Outstanding hotel, unbelievable trip
I selected Nita Lake Lodge specifically based on the reviews posted and found that even the highest praise given did not do this hotel justice. The location is in more of a quiet neighborhood area which provided a very relaxing experience. The staff is the best, always friendly and accommodating and with a wealth of local knowledge able and willing to be your guide during your stay. The rooms themselves are excellent, with plenty of space and very nice new furniture and appointments. The bathroom was excellent with wonderful fixtures and the heated floor adds to the comfort. Going back and forth between sitting on the balcony looking out over the lake and warming in front of the fireplace was a great way to relax after a great day on the mountain. While slightly off the beaten path it is only a 5 minute walk to the Creekside Gondola as well as numerous shops, food outlets, a liquor store, and mountain services ( lift tickets etc ). The easy in town public transportation or the hotel shuttle make it very easy to transit to/from the village. Excellent value, you get far more than you pay for here. I cannot wait to come back!

We stayed here during the Paralympics and had a great time. It was a great value for how nice the hotel is. We had a studio room, and really enjoyed the large bathroom and layout - much better than your standard hotel room layout, and the kitchenette/closet allowed us to eat breakfast in the room each day. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a nice relaxing ski vacation and doesn't mind being away from the craziness of the village. We also really enjoyed using the locker rooms at the base of Whistler Creekside - it is a nice touch and keeps you from having to lug your gear around!

Strongly recommend the hotel. The lake view studio had the most wonderful views - you could sit and enjoy them all day through the huge floor to ceiling windows. We looked at rooms in other hotels and there was just no comparison in space and views. Staff were helpful and very pleasant. Being away from the village has pros and cons - very quiet and relaxing but a 5 minute drive to Whistler village. But then there is a complimentary shuttle on the hour, which is great and the drivers very informative, and it is only a short walk to the lifts at Creekside and skis can be stored there. Kitchenette could have been larger, but fresh coffee supplied daily, and all you needed for breakfast or lunch preparation was there. Restaurant was excellent and the bar menu good and varied and comparatively good value, Given all the positive reviews and our experience we were surprised the hotel was so quiet. But that means great sleep quality - we were not disturbed once in 9 nights. We always sleep in a six foot wide bed at home so delighted to find the same here. Generally a very positive experience.

They say location is everything. Nita Lake's location is truly the best of both world's. Close to the slopes yet far enough from the hustle and bustle of the crowds of Whistler Village, the property is located on the lake shore of Nita Lake. We stayed in a HUGE 2 bed-room split level lake view suite. The room could easily fit a family of 4, and it was just the two of us. From the flat screen tv's (yes there were 3 in our room, each bedroom had one and the living room!) to the huge bathrooms, the rooms were so cozy and well decorated and the in-room wet bar was great!

The resort itself is beautiful with a unique mountain charm. Being a boutique property you feel like you are walking into you very own mountain chalet. The staff, from the housekeeping, to the dining and front office could not have been more kind and eager to please with genuine service. Food was exceptional and having dinner while over looking the lake was relaxing.

We wanted to try the spa but it was still under construction, can't wait to back again for a spa weekend! Having stayed at the FS Whistler, this place feels more like your own home and excels in service and quality with a magical lakefront location, frankly the FS falls flat on the location if you want to get away from it all.

We stayed here for 2 nights, March 22nd and 23rd and we wish we had stayed longer. The hotel is modern, yet cozy. All of the staff was friendly and very helpful. This is quite possibly one of the nicest hotels we have stayed in. The bathrooms were quite luxurious (slate and heated floors!) and the sitting room was nice with the gas fireplace, wall-mounted flat screen tv, with a view of the lake. We were there right after the Paralympics concluded and it was very quiet and nothing was crowded. There was free internet, but it wasn't wireless - no big deal to us.
The hotel offers lockers across the street at the base of Whistler mountain in Creekside and even provides locks. The shuttle will take you into Whistler Village and pick you up - there is no need to drive. We had a memorable stay and are already talking about returning to Nita Lake and Whistler.
