I've stayed at this hotel a few times over the past year and always had a great stay, my most recent stay was 4 nights for a family get together. I've always enjoyed my stays at this hotel they have very large, clean and comfortable rooms with excellent wireless access for the business travellers, with a nice large desk to get some work done and comfortable beds. The staff are all very friendly and efficient, I dont recall the name of the lady that was working the front desk at my last check in but she was extremely friendly and helpful.

Staff are always very friendly and eager to help.
Rooms are clean with comfortable beds , refrigerators and pleasant decor.
The accent is centrally located ; close to shopping ,restaurants and other attractions. Galloping goose trail is close by for those who enjoy walking. Also Swan lake , a great spot to wander around.
Have always enjoyed our stays there over the past 10 yrs. and will continue to return.

The front desk checked us in quickly and helped us with some good advice about getting around in Victoria. The rooms are decent, just what you can expect from hotels in this class. The location is not great as it is located right next to a very busy road (as you can see on street view) and there for the room was very noisy. The service was disappointing. When I experienced some problems with the toilet in the room the front desk gave me some tools and let me solve the problem myself.
The restaurant located next to the hotel was very reasonably priced and not bad at all (we just had breakfast there). The mall which is located near by is very nice. We also appreciated the complementary shuttle service to the town center which is handy as parking is difficult and costly in Victoria.

We checked into our suite quickly and efficiently despite it being 8pm on a long weekend Friday. The Hotel was beautifully presented and clean. The room was standard fare, nothing splashy or extravagant, just what a family with young children needs. Plenty of parking and the hotel restaurant where we ate breakfast the next day was reasonable, and again, nothing splashy or extravagant. When we opened the sofa bed for the boys to sleep, and the sheets were covered with other peoples hair and there was even a dirty band aid. so, I choked back my disgust and called the front desk. We were promptly offered another room, which we declined in lieu of clean sheets and a discount on our room. The sheets arrived promptly and the night manager was so apologetic and even took the time to help uis make up the bed. the discount was greatly appreciated, and we slept comfortably that night. The rooms showed signs of age, but it was mostly clean and since we were properly compensated for out troubles, i have no complaints.

We had no reservations, took a chance and was greatly pleased with the friendly service by Linda & Rose. Gave us driving instructions to a store and they were right on it. When we went to check out, Laurie & Whitney were so nice. If we were not on a road trip we would have spent another night.

We went to Victoria, BC for 4 nights. We have a race car and team. The hotel staff were wonderful and accommodating. When we asked for a room change to the first floor it was given to us. Handicap parking right in front of the room. The room was clean and had all the nice accommodations. The location is great for getting around town.
The restaurant next door Brannigan's had a nice menu, reasonably priced and a very friendly staff.
We would highly recommend this hotel and will stay there again on our next race outing.

After spending over a week in hostels I met up with some family members and we stayed in the Accent Inn in Victoria. When we first checked in we thought the room smelled odd - eventually we realized the smell was wet dog and it was a pet room. The bathroom had hairs in the tub, the toilet had urine on it and the beds had dog hair all over them.
They gave us another room, and they were friendly and quick about it - but that doesn't change the experience from the first room - and remember, I'd been staying in hostels...they were cleaner.
Also a heads up - no pool, and the gym/hot tub is off site.

A motel that is so much better than its competitors settled along the major roads leading in to Victoria. The hotel is clean, the staff at the reception desk is really nice and do their best to make you feel at home. The rooms are slightly dated, but clean with really comfortable beds. Each room also has a kitchenette, which is handy in a rather expensive city like Victoria. Close to a new shopping mall and, if you dare to be un-Canadian, you could walk in to the downtown area if you wanted to.

Great budget motel that's within a 10 min drive to D/T. Staff were polite and friendly. Requested a 3rd floor room online and got it. Being a busy time of the year parking can be tight, as there aren't many spots in front, and its first come first serve in the back. Would recommend if travelling on a budget.

I just spent my 5th stay at this hotel and enjoyed the continued wonderful experience of dealing with this business. The staff go out of their way to solve problems and help provide the information one needs. I particularly commend Whitney and Linda on the front desk--in March I was not well and came for medical appointments and they helped me to a place for dinner and shared just baked cookies!!! They are a credit to this chain and have made me a fan who will continue to use their facility. The restaurant is very good with a big mall right across the street--and not far from the bustle of the tourist part of Victoria without the congestion. They have a shuttle available and fitness privileges in the block . Renovations are being carried out but did not encroach upon my stay at all. Thank you for the stay Accent Inn--continued success
