Review of the Accent Inn Victoria

Very quiet and close to shopping. Spacious and clean.
Clerk went out of her way to be friendly and accommodating as daughter had just
had surgery. She even shared her lunch of banana and cookies when she found out
daughter hadn't eaten since early morning as we had to drive from Campbell
River.

We love staying at the Accent Inns in Victoria. They are very very hospitable
and friendly. Their rooms are exceptionally clean and fresh!! They have great
rates (including hospital rates which we use quite frequently). We were stranded
in Victoria Feb 23rd, (after spending a whole day at the hospital,) due to a
freak snow storm!!! We were able to re-book another night with no problem and
they even had a "snow special" for those who were stranded in town!!! This
special was even less than our "hospital" rate which we had paid for the night
before.. to sum it up we will not stay at any other hotel in Victoria as Accent
Inns has everything we need and want....GREAT HOTEL!!! They also have a shuttle
service to and from the Victoria Airport. If you forgot your toothbrush....no
problem ... they will give you one!!

Overall, a very pleasant stay. Well-presented rooms, although a bit dated, were
clean and tidy. Located on a busy road, we heard little street noise. The
location is good too, near a mall and grocery stores, and not really too far
from downtown (if you take the bus or drive).
Very pleasant reception staff.

My family travelled a long way from home for Xmas holidays but the staff at
Accent Inn Victoria made our stay very enjoyable. They were very friendly and
courteous and took care of any needs or wants we had quickly.
The location of the hotel is excellent, walking distance to many places. With a
mall across the street, a restaurant next door and many others nearby I always
had something to do.
The rooms that my family and I occupied during our visit were very neat and
clean. Space was not a problem with the large rooms. As well, the hotel had wifi
connection so I was able to get my daily fixes of the Internet.
All in all, I was very satisfied with my stay. I dreaded being away from home
for the holidays but the staff truly did make me feel at home.
I will most definitely be staying at Accent Inn when I return to the city of
Victoria. Thank you to the staff for making my stay so enjoyable.

We based our hotel choice on the reviews that we read. The staff was very
friendly and the room was clean and very inviting. Although we faced a busy
street, we could hear no traffic noise once in our room. Check-in and check-out
was smooth.
