This is a motel close to Victoria's town center. The
rooms are what you expect, the diner itself has indeed
this nostalgic feel to it. The breakfast they serve is
good.
Main advantage of this motel is that it is within
walking distance of the town center. So for this price,
it is good deal

Motel style accommodation on the outskirts of Victoria.
Probably better if you have a car as free parking. You
can walk to centre of Victoria 20 mins or there are
plenty of buses. Room was very dated and needed a good
refurb. The main problem was the room was really hot for
no known reason. There was a free standing air con unit
but very noisy so could not leave it on at night and the
ceiling fan was no good. Restaurant was like going back
in time to an old diner but good service and food
although limited menu. White Spot opposite if you want
more choice. I would say its okay but reckon you could
stay more central somewhere better.

had to sign contract because of size of group, asked for
rooms on main level, 1 room upstairs, 1 under
construction. promptly put 1 couple in garden suite.

restaurant good. great location, easy walk to downtown.
have stayed here before with no complaints. will
probably stay again but double check reservations day
before arrival.

Adequate and one of the few spots in Victoria that has
smoking rooms, that is not why we stayed there. We
stayed there because it is cheap and well located and
offers free parking. The room was adequate and was
spacious. The carpet had stains on it. The rooms were
clean the coffee was awful and the only cups in the room
were cardboard.
The front desk guy didn't make any eye contact with me
and when i asked if he had a harbour air schedule his
replay was "nope" so don't expect any polite, warm or
friendly service if you come across this guy. Overall
for the money it was just OK. Next time I spend a bit
more to get more.
The food in the restaurant is old school greasy spoon
best to go across the street to White Spot. There is a
funky Gay bar located above the restaurant that is like
stepping back in time.

The location is wonderful but beyond that we were not
pleased. Stayed in the courtyard and felt we were in a
corner that no one cared about. The room was not cleaned
properly in the five nights we stayed. The room was in
need of updating and repair. Left a comment report and
sent them an email but no one has responded to us. I
will not return nor will I recommend it to anyone.
