This hotel made for a great choice in accommodations
while enjoying Victoria in December. We stayed on the
6th floor with a view of the harbor and Empress Hotel.
The room appeared to have been updated fairly recently,
and included a small kitchenette. The rooms were clean
and comfortable, the view great, and the location even
better, for a price that was outstanding. The employees
were friendly and helpful. The bed were very
comfortable, though the bed spread seemed a little odd
(satin-like); would have preferred more of a
duvet/comforter style. We would certainly go back for
another stay.

Our overnight stay was very comfortable. Great beds,
very clean and the breakfast room was pleasant and there
was a very good selection for breakfast. The bathroom
was adequate, though the hair dryer was broken, but I
greatly appreciated the free wireless, free covered
parking and free movies. The location was very good, I
would definitely stay there again and would make use of
the kitchenette facilities if I were staying longer.
Highly recommended for clean, comfortable and affordable
accommodation.

Great location, clean, great comfortable bed, wonderful
helpful staff.
Yes, Kirstein the desk clerk even helped me with my
'stalled' computer.
Also one block away from the Ferry, perfect for catching
9am getaway.
Wonderful spot for walking around in the evening.
Stay there you won't be disappointed.

My wife and I stayed for one night and we were very
impressed by the helpful staff. The location was within
a short walking distance from great restaurants, great
shopping and historical places of interest. The room was
very comfortable and amenities were great as was the
breakfast. I frequently use the Best Western Hotel chain
in my travels, but our stay at the Best Western Inner
Harbour was truly the BEST experience in everyway. We
would highly recommend this hotel when you visit
Victoria, BC.
Room Tip: We stayed in a corner room with a King-size
bed (very comfortable) and the room also had a corner
nook that included a fridge, stove, microwave, sink and
a small table with chairs by a window. There was also a
good size balcony overlooking the harbour.

We have stayed here before, and would highly recommend
this Hotel. Clean, Comfortable Beds, Breakfast Included
and the staff were so helpful. If we need a Hotel to
stay in again I would pick this Best Western again.

We arrived in Victoria on a cool rainy day. By the time
we walked from the bus depot, about 4 blocks we were
quite damp. After checking in at the Best Western Inner
Harbour by welcoming staff we helped ourselves to coffee
and hot chocolate. It really hit the spot. he breakfast
is great, a good selection of food. The hot waffles set
us up for a busy day.
All the staff, desk, breakfast and housekeeping made us
feel very comfortable and homelike. We do recommend Best
Western to our friends.

We received an upgrade to the 7th floor with a harbor
view. It was beautiful! The room was spacious with a
little kitchenette and eating area. The king bed was
very comfortable. Easy walk to Fisherman's Wharf and
around inner harbour. They have a complimentary
continental breakfast with many choices. Many good
restaurants nearby. We wish we could have stayed longer. |
