Thanks to the Granville Streets ongoing beautification, this
formerly down and out hotel was bought, gutted, renovated, and
reopened with an eye to the budget-conscious traveler.
The rooms are simply furnished; the suites have kitchenettes
and sofa beds. The rooms are moderately larger and comfortable.

This hotel is very well situated to downtown and within walking distance of most
public transport. The staff were very helpful and knowledgeable and went out of
their way to help.

I saw the post about the nightclub beside the hotel but my wife and I both slept
fine and didn't hear any noise from the music. ?? We were on the third floor.
