My wife and I stayed at this hotel because of its central location. The staff
service was excellent. However the hotel's room quality is not even close to
five star hotel standard! The elevator doors .....

Our stay at the Sutton Place hotel was quite good. Check-in was smooth and
efficient as was check-out. The service from every single staff member was
