We were delighted with this hotel! The staff were
friendly, cheerful and very helpful. The location was
great - close to Stanley Park and the beach. My
husband's in a wheelchair so the walk along the seawall
was a real plus. We were based at the hotel ..

I have been staying at this hotel for almost 3 years,
and I am very impressed with the quality of service
provided by the front desk staff.
Jeff is very knowledgeable about city information, when
I asked him for directions/bus info, he had the answers
to everything..
