Hotel Review of the Hotel Monaco Seattle

Monaco is a boutique hotel but not hip or trendy like W or Hard Rock (though I
usually like those, too). My room was spacious and well appointed, and reminded
me of the Fairmont Olympic across the street. There was free wifi in the room.

Stayed here with 2 friends after booking for $96 US plus tax. I called the hotel
to inquire whether a room with 2 queens was available. The agent said no, but
would make a note on the file for us - I said we'd be fine with a rollaway too.
The hotel was centrally located downtown, with a Starbucks next door, and there
was the usual Kimpton wine reception in the lobby from 5-6pm...Hotel

The hotel is located on the corner of Fourth Avenue and Spring Street, across
from the Seattle Public Library.

Take Interstate 5 North into downtown Seattle, WA
Exit at Madison Street
Turn left at the stop light at Madison Street and the freeway off-ramp
Turn right onto Fourth Avenue; immediately get in left lane
The downtown Hotel Monaco Seattle is on the next corner, at the intersection of
Fourth Avenue and Spring Street on your left side
From the North to the Hotel Monaco Seattle:
Take Interstate 5 South into downtown Seattle, WA
Exit at James Street; get in the right lane and turn right onto James Street
Turn right onto Fourth Avenue; get in left lane
Continue 4 to 5 blocks. The downtown Hotel Monaco Seattle is on the corner of
