We ended up making two stays here in two different rooms during our week-long
Pacific Northwest trip and I am so glad we did. Both trips were great.
The hotel itself is in a phenomenal location! On first street downtown, near the
market, near the waterfront and near Pioneer Square. I was so happy to be right
in the middle of it. We were able to get up in the morning

This is a great hotel -- I am surprised that other reviews noted any bad
service, since to a person ALL of the staff here were great. Welcoming,
pleasant, professional, helpful - we couldn't have asked for more. The artwork
and furnishings are beautiful, our room was absolutely wonderful,
well-decorated, comfortable. ....
