The carpet in my room was in dire need of shampooing. When I walked across it to
the bathroom my feet became very dirty, leaving dirty foot prints on the tile in
the bath room. The sink in the bathroom could not be stopped up with the sink
plug, it was disconnected and incompatible. The water had to be running while
shaving to have hot water. I will use this hotel again due to it’s location in
relation to the airport, but unless cleanness is shown to be improved, I would
not stay more than one night and only for the convenience of making my airport
reservations.

Decent budget hotel
Since the hotel is near the airport, there are restaurants, gas stations,
freeway access, etc. nearby. Parking can be a bit tight because they allow
patrons to pay and park when they fly out of town, but staff quickly helped us
find a spot. There were a few flecks of mold in the edge of the shower tile
grout, and the carpet could use better cleaning; otherwise cleanliness was OK
for a budget hotel. Beds were decently comfy, TV was OK, breakfast was basic but
adequate to get us started. Decent value for the low cost.

Not impressed
Hotel has a trashy feel to it - hotel is old and room was small and dark. No
grounds as cars parked everywhere for airport parking. Computer printer didn’t
work and a fire alarm went off in the morning for at least 10 minutes. On the
plus side, there’s an elevator, the staff was friendly and it’s a short walk to
IHOP, but would not stay there again even for one night.

Efficient & reasonable
Skyway is efficient & there is never waiting in line. Everything you need is
there, or they will get it for you.

Spend the extra dollars and go somewhere else where it’s at least clean
We didn’t expect much for what we paid (We paid extra for a King bed), but the
hotel was worse than our worst expectations. Extremely dirty, broken bathroom
fixtures, a clogging toilet, stains everywhere. When we asked to be transferred
to another room after the toilet did not flush anymore, we were transferred to a
smoking room with 2 double beds. And of course the guy at the front desk could
not refund as the extra money we had paid for a non-smoking room with king bed.
On top of that you can hear the road and the TV has extremely bad reception.

Great Quality
I stayed there in May 2010 for one night - very clsoe to airport. Value was
great, no problems. Wi-Fi and refrigerator worked fine. Horror stories on the
internet from previous years did not materialize.

Close to the airport.
Close to the airport, no noise from airport. Room is kind of small but good
enough. Bathroom is okay for a small motel.

When I call the hotel about airport noise, I was told "no airport noise." Wrong,
it was noisy. Wireless network wouldn't work; either down or it stated on the
web page: too far from router. PARKING: Wow, what a problem! Because they also
let airport customers use their parking lot, we were never able to drive in and
get a parking space. We had to go inside to have the manager come out and move
cars around for us a space. Parking is a real issue there. Also, the walls
between our room & the next room must be paper thin. You could hear them
coughing, hear the TV, hear their water running & the bathroom being flushed.

All the staff was just amazing even it is not a 5 star hotel but as far as
service go I was amazed. Hotel shuttle took us to the mall brought as back.
Breakfast was very fresh and a lots of choices to choose from hotel room was
very clean housekeeping was just perfect could not ask for anything else. I been
advising all my friends any time you visit Seattle and need a place to stay
nothing is better than SKYWAY INN. Take my word give a try.. If I ever visit
Seattle again that will be my place to stay
