Waited over 1 hour for courtesy van to pick us up. Would have
been quicker to walk using 2 trips to get our luggage to the
hotel. At check in were told the 2 queen beds room was not
available and only had room with king bed. Said they had given
out all of the extra cots. Went to the bar for a quick drink and
was told by the bar tender that he was closing up and to go next
door to 13 coins for your drink. What a poor experience. will
never stay at a Radisson again.

Great location to SEA-TAC
Customer service and the shuttle to and from the airport was
outstanding. The room was clean and the dinner service was
fabulous. The kids and I had time to relax downstairs in the
pool/spa area and it was more than we hoped for. The Sunday
Brunch, however, was extremely overpriced. Overall, I would
recommend Expedia customers and friends select this hotel.

Good hotel - just don’t get a room near the elevator.
The hotel was very good except for the fact that the elevator
motor made a LOT of noise (and this was in a room sound-proofed
against airplanes from the Seattle airport across the street).
For hours it cycled on and off every minute.

top of line comfort across street from airport
Very professional and polite personnel, from the airport shuttle
driver to the front desk. Sleep number bed rocks! The bed was
very comfortable. Much better accommodations than we had on the
cruise ship, but then again that’s a cruise ship. One of the
best hotels near the airport. Rate was a great deal for a 5 star
hotel.

great hotel by the airport
This hotel is clean, comfortable, and the closest to the
airport. The service was excelent and the price was just as good
as the surrounding hotels. It is also very close to great
restraunts.April 3, 2010
Everything in both room and public areas was clean and
maintained. Everyone from check-in clerk to security guards was
extra friendly. My only disappointment was having to pay for
breakfast.
Note that the hotel is directly across the street. Unless it is
pouring rain, probably best to skip the shuttle and just walk
over. Exit terminal, turn right, follow sidewalk for a few
minutes and you are there.

We stayed at the Radisson Gateway before and after flights to
Hawaii.
We were very pleased with the hotel. Our room was very nice,
clean and a very nice decor. The desk manager also told me they
are renovating the hotel in 2010 and I was a little shocked. I
didn't think it needed it at all. We had a rain shower head in
the bathroom, which I found very pleasant. There was a 32" flat
screen and we loved the sleep number beds. We were a little
disappointed that the restaurant was closed for dinner the day
we arrived but the bar was still serving food. The restaurant
opened for breakfast at 6:30 but the hotel does serve coffee in
the lobby from 4 am for those with early flights. There is also
a computer provided in the lobby to check your flights and there
is a printer at the front desk should you need it. Although we
didn't use the pool and gym then looked very nice and the gym is
24 hours. The 24 hour shuttle to the airport took us right to
the place we needed to be to check in for our Alaska Air flight.
The hotel is right across the street from the airport and those
that just missed the shuttle would just walk across.
All in all our 2 nights (before and after Hawaii) were
comfortable and I wouldn't hesitate to use this hotel in the
future. |
