SeaTac Holiday Inn across from airport: Toilet wouldn’t flush on day 1;
eventually after calling the front desk (they didn’t answer the first 2 times)
someone was sent to fix toilet. On Sunday morning, prior to check out, toilet
wouldn’t flush again. Room was very small for a king bedroom suite (room 223 at
end of hall). Air conditioning didn’t work very well -- small vent in upper
corner for air conditioning; it was hot temperatures outside and room was still
warm. Only has ice service/vending on 2 floors of hotel for a hotel with many
floors. Exercise facility room is very small and was very hot - like a sauna.
Pool area is nice. Decor is outdated; not impressed with restaurant and lounge
either. We won’t go back. This was our first visit to a Holiday Inn and our
last. I’ve found much better hotel accommodations at Best Western, Comfort Inn,
Guesthouse Inn, etc. for a lower price and better value.

Wish there was access to breakfast!
The hotel was convenient to our car rental place and was easy to find from the
airport, for a great rate. However, we were disappointed to find a daily fee for
parking (which was kindly waived for us because we were only going to be there
less than 12 hours). We must have missed that on the website and it wasn’t
anywhere on my confirmation. The small restaurant off of the lobby was good and
not too pricey. The service in the restaurant was excellent and very friendly,
however we were disappointed not to have access to some type of complimentary
coffee in the morning (other than that in our room) and some sort of breakfast
for a quick start to our day without going to the restaurant and spending our
time sitting down and ordering, etc.

Convenient location if you travel by air
The location is very convenient, close to the airport and the hotel provide an
airport shuttle bus

Good Staging Hotel After Flight
Conveniently located near airport and major routes around Seattle. Clean and
tidy hotel with friendly staff. Restaurant selection within walking distance and
nice little restaurant in hotel.

Great location for easy access to airport
They have a shuttle to airport; shuttle also goes to nearby shopping centres.
Excellent location for airport and very quiet despite being near airport. Good
views of Mount Rainier from our room - be sure to ask for a room overlooking
it.. Light link railway excellent value at $ 2.50 per trip, it is easy to jump
on to go into Seattle for a meal and then back to the hotel later. Very handy
spot.

Top location - Excellent Accommodations
We stayed in Seattle for 2 days. Because the light rail terminal and access to
the airport was 1 block south, we had maximum local and airport access. We took
the light rail into Seattle for $5 each / roundtrip. Fast, convenient, and best
yet, we avoided the very expensive downtown hotels, parking, and driving
headaches. We felt very safe!

Good airport hotel
A clean, pleasant, well appointed hotel close to the airport. Staff were
friendly. The shuttle service was quick and convenient.

Convenient!
The hotel was very clean and comfortable. The hotel’s proximity to the airport
was convenient. There is a gas station about a block away to fill up the rental
car and several restaurants in either direction on International Blvd.

Very good price and nice place
If you are going to stay only for a short time (1 or two nights), this is the
right hotel for you. Employees were very friendly and it has a small restaurant

5 day stay. Used the parking ($12) and every day I had to go to front desk to
have paper access card rescanned. Used the free airport shuttle and it runs
every 20 minutes. Asked Edwin at front desk to give me a room far away from
elevators, vending machines, etc.. I think that I heard a couple jets take off,
but compared to other hotels that I have stayed in the seatac area, the airport
noise is rare. There is a Denny's right next door. One nice feature is that you
can request different types of pillows. Room was very clean.

Although the hotel has the benefit of being close to the airport, I believe
other factors such as cleanliness, service, and sleep quality should move this
hotel to a lower star rating. The windows were extremely dirty, and the street
noise was bothersome. The service was sub-par and the shuttle service didn't
follow the time scheduled advertised by the hotel. We booked our stay through
Priceline and if you need to stay at Seatac, try / hope for something better!

Very conveniently located to SEATAC airport.
Shuttle driver was friendly and helpful.
Shuttle actually appears to run every 1/2 hour, not every 20 minutes as claimed,
but it does run all night. Hallways, elevators and bathrooms are very small.
Beds were quite comfortable. A good value !

My husband and I stayed here last night in an executive suite. The room was very
clean as was the rest of the hotel. Breakfast at the restaurant downstairs was
okay, they have a buffet for $11 or you can order off the menu. This hotel is a
good location if you need to be close to the airport, as it is right across the
street. it is also a block away from the new light rail station that will take
you in to downtown Seattle. I would recommend this to anyone, as the staff was
friendly and the location and price were good
