Nice Hotel
This was a quick impromptu trip. Room was nice, 2 big screen tv’s. Batteries
dead in one remote. Good parking and access.

Comforts of home!
We loved our room and enjoy our stay very much. The only negative we experienced
was that the light over the microwave/mini-sink area was burned out and never
replaced during our week-long stay. Other than that, everything was GREAT!

Great hotel, great price
It is an excellent hotel to stay, big rooms, all in perfect shape, very close to
the airport, friendly staff. I would definetly stay there again.

Close to Airport
Room was very clean, staff was professional. I needed a place to stay the night
and catch an early morning flight out of SEATAC. Shuttle bus was on time and
driver was professional. Would use this hotel again.

Early flight departure lodging.
This is a great location for travelers with early morning departures out of
SEATAC Airport. Have used the hotel many times and have never been disappointed,
even when they were under repair for facility renovations.

Very satisfied
When booking a hotel in an unknown city it sometimes can be a gamble. We
couldn’t have been more pleased with the Holiday Inn Express Hotel and Suites
Sea Tac. It was just a few minutes from the airport and only 3 blocks from where
we returned our rental car. The hotel was extremely clean and the bed was one of
the most comfortable beds we have ever slept on in a motel/hotel. The linens
were nice and the bedcover was clean. Also, liked having the little kitchenette
that was located between the sitting/computer room and bedroom. We will

Check in at this hotel, great.
Room great, parking great, location great.
However, I was crammed into a 7am Monday shuttle to the airport and the driver
was a lunatic. Thank Heavens the trip was short, he took most of the corners on
two wheels.
The only negative part of this experience.

I stayed here two nights in connection with a short business meeting in Seattle.
Checkin was efficient and desk staff were friendly. I like the free wired
internet service in my room, although wireless would be nice. Breakfast was
minimalist, but hey, who needs a big breakfast when traveling on business? My
room was clean, but I didn't like the rough finish on the tile floor or the
inexpensive rough-hewn bathroom door that interfered with actually using the
bathroom. A truck or bus started up outside both mornings at 4 am and idled the
rest of the morning. Shuttle service to the airport was perfect - left right on
time at 5:00.

We stayed here one night before our flight out early the next day. Checked in
around 11pm and all the paperwork was pre-done. We had a great king room with
separate sitting are with a second tv. Room also included a kitchenette
(microwave and fridge) and front desk also provided a package of popcorn! Bed
was super comfy and we slept soundly until 4:00am when we had to be up to catch
the 5am shuttle. The shuttle was on time and had been warmed up - perfect for a
cold December morning. Checkout was a breeze and we even had a few minutes to
grab coffee and muffins to go!

I stayed at the Holiday Inn last night and chose this hotel because it was close
to the airport and advertise shuttle service. The shuttle is suppose to run to
the airport every 20 minutes. This morning I was scheduled to fly out of Seattle
at 7:00 a.m. I went down to catch the 5:20 a.m. shuttle (which was running late
and did not leave until 5:30 a.m.) and was told they did not have room and I
would have to wait for the 5:40 a.m. shuttle. I waited until 6:00 a.m. and no
shuttle returned. I had to run to the airport to catch my flight and almost
missed it. I do not recommend staying at this hotel if you want reliable
shuttle service. You won't get it and could pay a high price for their poor
service.
