Outstanding hotel
Very impressive hotel overall. Staff were friendly, professional; very helpful.
Rooms were very nice, our hotel dining especially was superb, our waiter was
excellent.

Hilton Hotel SEATAC Airport
The hotel was conveniently located, exceptionally comfortable and it was perfect
for my overnight layover in Seattle. The staff were incredibly helpful,
especially with my "lost" bag arriving from the airport in the middle of the
night.

Great for business people.
The hotel was very nice and seemed targeted more toward business people. There
were meetings going on in the hotel, the computer/printer room was accessible 24
hours, and there was a professional atmosphere. Not a lot of families there at
the time, however there was a nice pool/hot tub area (too cold and rainy to use
though), and it was quiet in the hotel.

I had no problems with the room, the bed, or the service. However, I did not

Good place to crash before an early morning flight from SeaTac airport...
Hotel was much nicer than expected for the price we paid for a hotel near the
airport. Very clean, and getting to the terminal was as simple as walking across
the pedestrian skybridge and through the light-rail station. Nice and quiet!

Comfortable and Convenient
This hotel, although we did not stay for any length of time, was very convenient
to the airport for those early morning flights. The rooms were very clean and
the beds extremely comfortable. The staff was very nice and the room rate was
more than fair.. not overpriced. We will certainly stay again should be visit

Paris must need a new pair of shoes - this place will nickel and dime you beyond
a good value! The price for parking and internet is outrageous. It's an airport
inn, come on, pony up and include parking AND internet. Ridiculous to pay huge
fees for a free service most other places. You are not the only game in town, in
fact, many other choices very nearby. In fact, we used the FREE connection for
the hotel across the parking lot.
Good things - the staff was probably the most helpful people we have come into
contact with as a whole. Everyone went above and beyond to ensure we were
informed or accommodated. Convenient rail line across the street to swiftly take
you to downtown.
The street noise is unbearable. Bring your ear plugs or white noise machine.

The room was typical Hilton style and furnishings. It was generally clean,
although there was mold/mildew in the tub grout.
I was expecting to be laid over in Seattle due to flight delays and I had
checked ahead-of-time on the Hilton web site to see if they had rooms available.
I could have booked a room with a king bed at the usual rate but I didn't in
case there was some sort of miracle with the flights. The miracle did not happen
and so I wound up getting a room by walking up to the front desk.
The person at the front desk informed me that the king bed was only available
for an additional $10.00. I could have walked away from the desk, opened up my
laptop, and booked the king room at the same rate without paying the $10.00 and
then returned to the desk and informed his smug face that I had a reservation
but it was after 1:00 am and I was too tired to argue so my wife and I stayed in
a room with two double beds.
Why is a room with 1 bed $10.00 more in person than it is online when a room
with 2 beds is the same price either way? I get less impressed with the Hilton
brand every time I stay at one. I was only in this room for about 5 hours and
their unwillingness to budge over a king bed in a half-empty hotel left a bad
taste in my mouth. I won't stay here again unless I have to.

Hotel is a great choice if you need a hotel very close to airport. Rooms were
fine. Hotel staff were great, including bell staff and valet guy. We used their
parking service while away on holiday.

I stayed at this hotel for one night as we had an early morning flight. We got
the 7 day Park N Fly package. This is a great hotel. The bellman came up to us
right when we pulled up and helped unload our baggage. They then took the car
and put it in the secured covered parkade. This hotel is huge. It took nearly 5
min to walk to our room. The room itself was very nice, comfortable king size
bed and a nice bathroom. We love the Crabtree and Evelyn shampoo. The WiFi is
expensive and the business centre is a small room with only two computers. when
we returned we called the hotel at the airport and they had our car waiting and
warmed up out front of the hotel. The bellman and shuttle driver even loaded our
bags into the car. I highly recommend this hotel and will stay again. |
