A great overnight stay with some extra’s
This is at least the 6th time my wife, toddler, and I have stayed in this hotel
in the last year-and-a-half. We live in Alaska which means that we usually have
an overnight going to or coming from our trip destination. We will continue to
frequent this hotel because of its location, comfort, prompt shuttle service,
complimentary breakfast, and the pool when we have a little extra time.

Exceeded needs for a quick overnight stay
We liked this hotel because of the convenience it provided. The hotel is nothing
extraordinary but clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and
efficient. Check in and out were very speedy. We had terrific experiences with
the free shuttle service and used it to get to and from the airport and to and
from the Link to go downtown. We had dinner in the reasturant and food was very
good. Breakfast was similiar to most hotels with breakfast: waffles, fresh
fruit, numerous pastry items, cereal, toast, yogurt. First morning we had
breakfast when it opened and it was pleasant. Second morning had breakfast
towards the end and it was crazy busy with no where to sit. This is a good hotel
for flights in and out of SeaTac or for weekenders looking to spend time
downtown without the downtown price.

Super Convenient and clean
Next time I’m in Seattle, I’ll be back at this hotel. We had an early AM flight
out of Seattle, and the hotel is made for travel convenience. Free shuttle
pickup after we dropped our rental car, prompt wakeup call, free hot breakfast,
clean room- we’ll definitely be back. The bed was a little saggy in the middle,
but all in all- a great experience.

CLOSE TO THE AIRPORT, GOOD VALUE!
VERY NICE!! THERE IS NOT MUCH TO DO AROUND THE HOTEL, ONLY A MALL AND A SHOPPING
PLAZA, WE ONLY USED IT TO BE CLOSE TO THE AIRPORT

Stay over due to flight times in/out Juneau
Had a good nights sleep, before heading to the airport for an 11 hour flight!
Staff very friendly and willing to help with your requests if they can,
professional. Great breakfast and an apple to go.

Very satisfied customer! Highly recommended.
I took a road trip from LA to Seattle and stayed at this hotel for 4 nights. It
is my first time to Seattle area. I am really impressed with this hotel. Very
clean. Good customer service. Good job and thank you for a really wonderful
stay. I will definitely go back....

Disappointed
When entering the town, I felt like I was entering the ghetto. I really felt
like just forfeiting the money spent already for the room and finding another
hotel to stay. I was just so unsatisfied with the whole experience of the
location, size of the room, amenities, and service. The employees were nice. It
was just the quality of the hotel.

You get what you pay for
It was the cheapest hotel on the list and felt pretty cheap. The Breakfast was
pretty poor and the place seemed worn and had no sparkle. They worked well with
us with a greatly delayed arrival and were friendly enough. Not a great value,
but ok if cost is the most critical factor.

We were disappointed as soon as we drove up..the hotel was not at all as new as
it looks from the pictures on the website. It looks old and smells old too! When
we checked in we were greeted by a woman who knows nothing about customer
service nor just how to be pleasant and smile at the customer! We were asked to
sign in, given our room keys and shoooed away. Very cold front desk. The room
stunk and I was extremely disappointed to find only a walk in shower and no tub.
Also, the coffee maker was on the counter in the bathroom. THE BATHROOM! Do you
know how many airborne germs are flying around in a hotel bathroom?! Disgusting.
Also, don’t get excited about the free breakfast...made to order waffles means
"make it yourself", no hot/cold cereal offered and brown bananas. Yum!

Good value; convenient for airport
We stayed two nights; one at each end of our vacation. The rooms were clean and
comfortable. The airport shuttle service was quick and friendly, as was the
front desk. Our car was parked there for 11 days with no problems. Breakfast was
OK. I would stay there again and recommend it to others.

good price for close location
The back doors need to have the card lock feature working-the doors are unlocked
to the public right now! The shampoo in the bathroom was out, so the cleaning
staff needs to check that more frequently; there’s nothing like getting in to
the shower and not having shampoo........The breakfast was acceptable.
