Next trip to Seattle will be here.
Hotel location, price and service make it perfect. It is only 5 min. from
SeaTac. We can get in and out of Seattle easily by the light train (cost only
$2.5/trip) from SeaTac. Days Inn van will drop us or come to pick us when we
call from a direct line at SeaTac. 7-11 and Japanese fast food is next door.
Thai restaurant is only 5 min walking.

Very convenient.
The Days Inn worked very well for my son and I. We were in town for a Memorial
Service and being close to the airport made for easy entrance and exit. Plus the
car rental company was right across street and there were restaurants and gas
stations nearby. Our room was clean and comfortable and I had internet access.

A Night at Days Inn SeaTac
Overall, the hotel and room were OK EXCEPT: we were upgraded for some reason to
a better room (still had King-sized bed, but an unidentified feature awaited as
a "surprise" as related by the night desk clerk. When we entered the room, we
found the bathroom to be extended to hold a double-sized jet tub (a nice
feature). But above the tub was a double window with frosted glass doors that
opened out into the main room, right next to the right side of the bed. The
doors opened from the center, and would not stay completely closed when the main
bathroom was in use and the main door was closed. Even a twist tie did not keep
them completely closed. A large space existed where the two glass doors met each
other. This was very disconcerting to the user of the bathroom, and during the
night when one turned on the light to use the bathroom, the who bedroom area lit
up, and of course, very little privacy was maintained by the bathroom user. It
made for a very uncomfortable stay. Some upgrade, No???

FIne for a night
We wanted an inexpensive room by the airport for the convenience of catching our
flight the next morning. The room was cheap, clean, the breakfast was decent,
nothing special, but decent. Shuttle was a quick ride and it convenient.

It’s ok, but could find better for the price
Overall it was adequate. Wouldn’t say it was cozy or very comfortable. Probably
wouldn’t return.

Too noisy.
Everything was great, except for the noise. When I was trying to sleep in the
early morning, the noise from the room next door being vacuumed with the door
open didn’t let me get the rest I badly needed!

Great Stay
I am always hurried but tired and needing rest. The desk clerk was friendly and
understood need for rest. Pointed out helpful hints like where to eat at a
decent cost, shuttle to airport information and how to use the internet.

I stay at this hotel almost every month. The location is great (right by the
airport with a free shuttle). It is not the newest hotel. The paint may be
chipping and the furniture is old, but it is kept clean. The price can't be beat
especially considering that there are in room refrigerators, microwaves and free
wifi. If you are just looking for a no-frills place to sleep, this is the place.
The staff is incredibly friendly as well.

I chose this hotel based on the proximity to the Sea-Tac airport, and the fact
that they advertised a free shuttle to/from the airport. This hotel worked out
great. When you land you have to call the hotel to request that the shuttle pick
you up. They asked us which island we were at and were told that they would be
there shortly. We waited about 15 minutes and they were there. The driver loaded
all luggage for us and then unloaded onto a luggage cart at the hotel, which was
very helpful because I was alone with two small children. Check in was a breeze.
The room was very clean and spacious. We had a room with just one queen size
bed, but they obviously could have fit another in the room, so it gave the room
a very open feel. The continental breakfast in the morning, which is included
with room, was very good. They even had a waffle station where you could make
your own belgian waffles. No problems checking out. The shuttle back to the
airport leaves every half hour, and we were the only ones waiting for the time
that we left, so there was plenty of space. All in all, this hotel was an
excellent choice for the price. It worked perfectly for what we needed, a short
stay overnight and then back to the airport. I would definitely stay here again
and would recommend it to anyone else in the same situation.

I feel this is a great place to stay, price is great, people were very helpful
at the desk. Rooms were very clean, didn't notice a smell that people are
speaking of. Close to airport which is nice when traveling. Shuttle driver was
great and was at airport within 10 minutes of call. There are no complaints
here. Stayed here Christmas Eve, then when we came back through on the way home,
we will be here 2 nights. Thanks to the helpful staff for making our Seattle
trip a nice one. Plan to stay here if we come back.

Hotel is located about a mile south of the SEA airport. Bed was fine. Sheets
were clean. Bathroom was small but okay. Carpet was dirty. Free Internet service
signal was not strong in my room. I was unable to connect to it the first day,
only able on the morning of the second day. I went to the front counter to
complain about it but they had no solution. Lots of noise from adjacent rooms.
Walls must be thin. No view to speak of, the window looked out at a rental car
place next door. Free breakfast had no fresh egg products. They did have batter
to make your own waffles. Had orange juice and cereal. They provided a free USA
Today. This place is for the bargain seeking consumer. |
