I have stayed at this hotel twice on business. The first time I
was there (September 2009), the room I was given reeked of
smoke. I complained but was told they were full and couldn't
move me. .....

The room was lovely (paid $20 extra/night for a water view), the
bed almost impossible to leave, linens were high quality,
