We stayed 3 nights in a 2 queen bed suite. The room was large, and the separate
sitting area came in handy when the kids went to bed. The complimentary
breakfast was excellent - lots of choices. The outdoor pool was small however
there didn't seem to be alot of families staying here so we pretty much had it
to ourselves both times we used it. Hotel is only a few blocks from great
restaraunts and terrific shopping (Bellevue Square), and only a short drive from
the big attractions in Seattle.

Chose this hotel while attending conference nearby at Hyatt, things to note:
shuttle runs only during week and stops running at 7 PM so I had to taxi back
one night, is within walking distance to Bellevue Square, but was raining! Room
was clean, bed was wonderful, bathroom quite small, if you are claustrophibic
you will not like this bathroom. Shower only, I was fine with that. Most
frustrating thing was that 1 computer in lobby, and couldn't download anything
(front desk can't unblock it either) so I couldn't access handouts needed for
conference. Not good! Front desk staff quite nice, didn't get to sample
breakfast as had to leave 7 am and it started later. I would definately stay
here again. Easy walk from Metro Transit center also, $2.50 to ride express bus
from SeaTac to Bellevue

Great Hotel in Seattle Bellevue
The hotel was a great place to stay. Everyone was very helpful and nice to us.
The rooms were fully equipped and very convenient. The neighborhood was really
nice and calm and it’s located close to downtown.

Great Value
I booked this hotel for my children and grandchildren as a place to stay close
to where I live. It was clean, comfortable and a good value for our area. The
staff was friendly and accommodating.

We loved our weekend getaway! The staff at the front desk greeted us and checked
us in; showed us how to get to the room, gave us a free wireless internet code,
and answered our questions about the complimentary breakfast. They also
unexpectedly asked us which floor we would like to stay on and when we said the
very top floor, they upgraded our room to include a balcony. The complimentary
breakfast was fabulous. We have never seen such a spread of food. We loved
making our own Belgian waffle.

Standard hotel and good value for money paid for the room. Friendly staff. Good
breakfast in the morning. Close to Bellevue Square and all the shops and
restaurants in that area. Very clean.

What a wonderful surprise this small hotel in downtown Bellevue. Very convenient
to all areas. Quiet and very clean. We didn't get that "icky" feeling like you
get from some hotels.
Definitely a good find. Very affordable too. Very comfortable beds!

We have returned to this hotel several times because we appreciate its proximity
to shopping and great restaurants. The rooms are nice and the beds are
comfortable. Service at the front desk is friendly. We really enjoy the
complimentary continental breakfast and for us, this is a big selling point. We
feel that this hotel is a great value. I can't think of anything negative about
this location.

Just wanted to give my review of Silver Cloud Downtown Bellevue, WA.
Booked online and got an exceptional rate. We had stayed once prior in the
Spring at the Silver Cloud at Eastgate, in Bellevue and were very happy so
decided to try out the Downtown one this time.
Prior to leaving I emailed the Manager, who turned out to be a gentleman by the
name of Gary Hagaman. I just wanted to confirm our reservation because it was a
day trip down to celebrate our wedding anniversary. Gary Promptly emailed back
and confirmed to us that we did have a reserved room so that put me at ease
because there is nothing like arriving and finding out you did not have a
confirmation (Saturday August 20th)!
When we arrived we were greeted by a very nice lady at the counter who checked
us in and said our "room was taken care of..".
Curious we went up and entered a top floor room with a Balcony and a
complimentary bottle of WA Syrah! Wow. Above and beyond the call to Gary!
The room was very tastefully decorated and had the usual items such as a Large
LCD TV, fridge, Coffee Maker etc.
Great Bed! Extra pillows on request.
Plus my wife loved the Aveda products! I loved the free wireless.
So we ended up having a great time in Bellevue and it has some great shopping
and excellent Restaurants.
We are now converted to the brand! I would heartily recommend this hotel to
anyone who travels to Washington State.
I will stay here again! |
