This is a wonderful hotel. However, when we arrived we were told that
the hotel was oversold and we were being put up ten minutes away in
another hotel (courtesy of the Residence Inn). We hemmed and hawed, and
the very nice front desk staff and management relented, and in fact
found space in this hotel for us. The experience was strange. In any
event, the hotel is beautiful and a good value. However, I advise:
beware "the bump."

Stayed here for 2 nights in July. This is the nicest Residence Inn I
have stayed in. The rooms and public areas are very well designed and
have the most up to date features. The public room with the free
internet and X-Boxes was very cool. The breakfast offerings were
plentiful and tasty and there was plenty of seating. The service was a
bit lacking, it did not match up to the property. The front desk
afternoon and night staff seemed oblivious to any events going on in
town and were really not able to offer much beyond handing out
directions. The shuttle is a nice feature offering service to downtown
Bellevue, it's a quaint area worth visiting. We were suppossed to get
gas cards as part of our package but the morning desk clerk had not clue
as the person who checked us in had deleted the information from the
system. It was a frustrating check out. Ultimately we had to leave
without the gas cards and they were later mailed to our home. They are
only good at Shell which we don't have many of in our area. We had
planned to use them on the trip. Overall it was a pretty good
experience.

My husband and I stayed at this hotel 3 days and nights. This was by far
the best place
that we've ever stayed. We had a "Corner Suite". The bed was so---oh
comfortable!!
The staff were very friendly, including the dining staff. We felt very
welcome! Also I talked to Jerry several times via of telephone
concerning my reservations. He was so nice! This place was absolutely
beautiful!! I can't say enough good things about it!!

I am new to WA and had to stay in a hotel with my family till we get our
apartments ready.
So I checked and found this as the #1 and we booked it online .
It was amazing Very luxurious .Our weekend rate was $99 and weekdays was
$149.
Our 1 KING bed studio had a full sized kitchen with granite countertops
and everything ,
a huge LCD TV on a swivel stand -so we could watch TV from any corner of
the suite.
A computer table with leather executive chair ,free internet, a cute
dining table for 2 .
The free breakfast was an indulgent treat with around 20 items to choose
from including yogurt and blueberries and strawberry! And mon, tue, wed
there was free dinner also with wine!
I stayed @ hotel with my toddler when my husband went to work in the
daytime.
There's a pool for a good time pass. And they drive us to nearby malls
or shopping centers.
And we can give the front desk the grocery list and they deliver too!
The staff was very friendly and the housekeeping staff came daily and
they would even clean your dishes (of course there is a dishwasher).
They were all very cheerful which was quite remarkable.
I also love the blue/orange carpet in the hallways ..I mean everything
looks so neat and fresh ! I didn't feel like moving into our apartments
even after 8 days !

We are platinum Marriott members, and we always try to stay at
Marriott’s because the service is always awesome. This location was no
exception. The rooms were very nice; the furnishings modern and
comfortable. Stainless steel appliance, granite countertops…if I bought
a flat in a city I would want one like this room. Yes, noise was an
issue but it was only road noise, not noise from other rooms. And our
maids left us cute notes and earplugs – a move that showed that this
Marriott was sensitive to previous postings on noise issues. The
breakfast was abundant, and there were several healthy choices. There
were three manager socials while we were there, all serving free dinner
and beer and wine. It was a great setting for workers to unwind with
their colleagues. The Microsoft Xbox room was of course very cool. I
travel with my husband on his business trips, so this leaves me lots of
time to explore the area and the hotel. The hotel has a free shuttle
service within Bellevue. The drivers were just as incredible as the rest
of the staff, giving me guidance and driving me everywhere. I felt very
spoiled. I loved it.

This hotel is amazing, it's new, it's clean, it's nice, it's got great
amenities. The gym is opened 24 hours, the swimming pool is great. They
even include breakfast for you every AM with a waffle stand! The rooms
are nice and clean and very spacious...we had a suite that had a full
fridge, microwave, stop top with cutleries, plates. My kids wanted to
live there permanently and so did I. They have a 24 hour coffee/tea bar
that you can help yourself. The staff are extremely courteous and
friendly. I found the staff at the breakfast extremely courteous and
helpful. The only thing they don't have is a hot tub but they have
everything esle...even a game room for the kids to play x-box! I can't
wait to stay here again! I would recommend it to everyone!

This was our first stay at this Residence Inn... I cannot think of one
negative thing to say. Staff was incredibly helpful and courteous, rooms
were spotless (and brand new), beds were comfortable, breakfast was
huge, and the location was great. My kids wanted to move in - and I did
too! Housekeeping was great as well - they FedEx'd my hair dryer to me
after I forgot it in the room. Great hotel!!
