Stayed here with teens on a last minute trip for a concert. Got a good rate on
Priceline. Less expensive than downtown hotels for the summer months and only
10-15 minutes away in lighter traffic. Plenty to do in the area, for the teens
and me. Good restaurants all over. Got a rollaway for free, it was brought to
the room quickly. Room was nice. I have gotten cigarette smelling rooms with
Priceline before, but not at this hotel. Free parking on the weekends and with
everything nearby, only needed the car for the concert. The only thing I didn't
like was the charge for Internet, but I always crab about that.

The staff here was very helpful and courteous. The rooms were much better than
when I stayed here 2 years ago. The room I had on the 6th floor had a
refrigerator too! Last time my room didn't even have a place to put my clothes!
Walking distance to tons of places to eat -- kitty corner from Bellevue Square
Mall - a must - see! Kinda pricy. Self parking was complimentary Friday - Sunday.

I am the kind of traveler who typically will not stay in a hotel unless it has
an adequate fitness facility. It doesnt have to be sparkling new and have any
fancy hi-tech equipment, but it does need to have the basics (i.e free weighs,
cardio machine, etc...) in reasonably good condition. This Hyatt does not
disappoint, as the fitness facility has it all... granted it is in a separate
building (along with the pool) just a short walk from the front lobby, but it
worth the walk. The location of this hotel is fantastic as it is across the
street from shopping/ dining areas and a short 10 min walk to the Downtown Park
and art museum. Only stayed one night, but the beds were comfortable, rooms
nicely appointed and we had a nice view of the water to the left and mountain to
the right. This would be my choice for Bellevue accommodations.

This hotel was very stylish, the room was big and well appointed. The outside of
the tower could use some paint though. The service was good, but there were a
few misleading amenities. The hotel gym turned out to not be actually in the
building, you had to go outside and to another building for it. The hotel was
advertised as having free Internet, but in-room wifi actually cost 9$ per day,
the free internet was available only if you went to the office.

I was delighted when I learned that my favorite speaker was holding his
conference at the Hyatt in Bellevue. I have been at many Hyatt's over the years
and was looking forward to a nice quiet and comfortable stay.
From reservation ( I love using my Hyatt Gold Passport number - it speeds things
up so well) to pulling up, to check in .... yes, it was all A#1 and flawless. I
am a seasoned traveler and have had the full range of experiences - this was
just wonderful from start to finish. The room was spotless, comfortable and
quiet. The conference was well presented and the included lunch was yummy.
The only negatives - the attempted up sell at check in was a bit out of place...
and the elevators were a bit out of the way when I wanted to run up to my room
on a break from the conference.
Definitely what I have come to expect from a well run Hyatt - if in the area, I
will definitely stay again

Came to WA state for the first time to a conference. Pleasantly surprised how
nice this hotel is along with the surrounding area.
Will visit again for a personal trip.

We often go to the Seattle area for Opera, plays and the symphony and prefer
staying at this hotel. It's an easy drive to Seattle (about 10 miles) and found
the entrance to the hotel off 9th avenue to be perfect with direct access to P3
level with lots of parking spots. And there's free parking on the weekend. We
postpone eating until after the performance and have found lots of walk able
options in Bellevue. Just try driving in Belltown of Seattle after a
performance! And good luck finding a parking space in Belltown. The rooms are
nice. The staff is super....none better.

I stayed at Hyatt Bellevue while on a business trip. But was pretty disappointed
as I have stayed in some of the best Hyatt Hotels in the world. This is a little
old property and the rooms not all that luxurious. Though the location is quite
good and is in the middle of the city centre of Bellevue.

Stayed on a business trip to Microsoft, based nearby. The hotel is located near
several shopping centers, all with good dining choices. Parking was free (!),
Wifi/network were just $10 - perks normally excluded from a Hyatt Regency so as
to squeeze us travellers just that much more. Kudos for that. The hotel has two
towers - older and newer. I stayed in the newer. TV was new, room was great
other than an uncomfortable gap between toilet and toilet paper dispenser.
Goid hotel overall, decent value. |
