We stayed at this hotel four nights. The hotel seemed close to full every night. We had a second floor room above the pool on the opposite end from the breakfast area. We never had a problem with noise and the room was clean. The workout facility was nice and up to date. The only downside were the laundry facilities and the breakfast buffet. The washer and dryer were almost always being used. The breakfast buffet was lame compared to many Embassy Suites. The bananas were overripe every day of the stay and the oatmeal was only decent one day.. they also had issues with keeping the food stocked.

The concept of this hotel is great for families. Some locations are definitely better (or much worse) than others. This Bellevue location was perfect for a last minute trip with the kids. It’s not fancy or luxurious, but it fit our needs for the weekend and the kids really liked the breakfast. I read some comments here about the eggs and I agree, but you don’t have to eat the eggs and compared to the other breakfast included chains out there Embassy Suites offers more. Would stay here again.

Embassy Suites, Bellevue has all the expected amenities of their chain, such as a good hot breakfast, standard two room suites and nightly manager's reception. However this location also provides excellent access to Seattle and the other Seattle suburbs. For example, it took us about 12 minutes to arrive at a Seattle Mariner's game and downtown Seattle on the I90. Closer to the hotel, Bellevue has very good restaurants available in it's downtown which is 5 minutes away. We were pleasantly surprised by this hotel.

One complaint were the crowds at the breaskfast. However shortly after there were no more tables available, management opened the restaurant for further seating. Also the rooms would be better if they had two queen beds, not doubles.

We stayed at this hotel for 5 nights and I was very pleased. Check in was excellent. We requested to be next to two other guest rooms (family members) and they put us all next to each other. The front desk was very helpful and friendly. They printed out directions for us to many places, they recommended things to do, they put a request in for our room to be cleaned at a certain time (and it was). There is a free business center with free internet in the lobby. There is fruity water and brochures in the lobby.
The hotel is set up with an atrium in the middle. This is where the breakfast and managers reception is. When you walk the halls, they are all open to the other halls and 1st floor so you can see what is going on everywhere.
Sounds silly but the elevators were crazy fast! Not while you were in them but arrived very quickly when you wanted them.
Our room was almost perfect for a family traveling with a toddler. There was a living room when you walk in with a tv, pull out couch, chairs, desk, sink, fridge and microwave. There was a cabinet next to the fridge.
The bathroom was very nice. Large. Clean shower and tub and marble sink area.
The best part of the room? A DOOR between the living room and bedroom. This is perfect for kids who go to sleep earlier than their parents or need to nap. Then you can put them in one room or another and still be able to go in and out or watch tv, etc. It is like having two rooms. Many times a "suite" is two rooms with a door opening and no door.
The bedroom was very nice. Huge bed, tons of pillows, a large closet with lots of hangers and a nice balcony. No flat screen tv's. Not that I care but you usually don't see the older models in hotels anymore.
Our pack n play was set up when we got to our room (as requested). It seemed newer and clean.
The location of the hotel is great because there are plenty of restaurants/fast food nearby to just run out and get a bite. There is a grocery store within walking distance too. They have a shuttle but I am not sure where it goes.
The breakfast was wonderful! Tons of food, an omelet station, fruit, bread, bacon, sausage, cereal, potatos, eggs, pastries, etc. It was quite a spread and very good. The manager's reception at night is also great. The snacks are no good (chips, salsa, yucky looking vegetables, popcorn) but there is a full, free bar. Beer, wine, and liquor. Not top shelf but it is free!!
There is also a restaurant but we did not use it.
The pool was ok. It has a nice look with a big waterfall and there is a hot tub. I am sure kids would love it. The only problem was cleanliness. There was sooo much water around the pool that it was very slippery and you had to be extremely careful. Plus, while we were swimming, we found 3 band-aids. Disgusting but I blame the maniac kids that were in there at the time. The gym is small but has free weights, treadmills, ellipticals-all with their own little flatscreen tv's.
Here are my only problems with the hotel. Seemed quite slow with housekeeping. We would leave the room at 9 am and come back at 2 pm and it still wasn't clean. We finally had to put a request for the daily time we wished for them to clean because we had a napper with us.
The atrium and open halls are pretty but causes a lot of noise. You could clearly hear any conversation/cough/sneeze around your door. The noise from breakfast in the morning is quite loud with talk and clinking of glasses and silverware. If you have light sleepers in that room, it could be a huge problem. I was worried about it but my toddler slept through it. The breakfast during the weekdays ends at 9 am-seems early. There is a silly glass window right next to the door so unless you have the heavy shade drawn all the way, anyone can see in. Seems like a safety and burglar problem-obvious when no one is there and when they are!
To sum up, I was really pleased with this hotel, especially at the price we got (but we had a wedding discount).

My husband and I travel quite a bit. We are fans of Embassy Suites in general, especially this one. The staff was very polite and attentive. We experienced some A/C issues, and had a repair man in our room within 10 minutes to address the problem. We were upgraded to the top floor with private access. There was a variety of danishes etc. and fresh starbucks coffee on our floor every morning. Their breakfast in the main lobby is good. Lots of variety. Housekeeping was wonderful, they literally work around your schedule. The actual room was clean and spacious, with a balcony overlooking the city. The location is wonderful if you want to visit Seattle area without the hustle and bustle. Bellevue has MANY wonderful places to eat. Snoqualmie is a short drive, as well as many hiking trails. We can't wait to go back!

My family stayed here for a mini-vacation to Seattle. Located about 20 minutes away from downtown Seattle, it's situated near an office park and some shopping malls. Pluses: pool, free breakfast, quiet rooms (even near the elevator), front desk, business center, comfortable beds. Minuses: Internet charge ($10 per room), tiny gym (not worth going), somewhat inconvenient location. There are places to eat nearby, but you're probably better off eating either in Seattle or downtown Bellevue, which has a large mall with cool restaurants. Price was OK: $130 per night.

Have not been to Seattle for 30 years and our friends and us were so pleased with the Embassey Suites. The breakfast to the managers reception each night made our stay very enjoyable. The hotel had google maps and directions pre printed for many sights we wanted to see so that made travelling around so much easier. Every employee was so helpful and were the best in their job that we have ever encountered in all our travels, we will be back soon.

The customer service at the Embassy Suites in Bellevue is the main reason that I always return. Hotel rooms are available at many places. Phenomenal customer service is not.
