A great experience w/our kids (4 & 2 yrs)
The staff there were excellent. They were very kind and courteous. We had alot
of fun with our kids in the pool and hot tub. The room was quite spacious and
clean. The only flaw was there was only one chair and a single sofa seat in our
room, so when we brought back take out, we had to sit on our bed to eat it, but
was able to pull the desk over to use as a table. The breakfast buffet was
pretty good. My kids loved staying at the hotel and didn’t want to go home. We
would definitely stay there again.

Would stay there again
We recently stayed at the Courtyard by Marriott for one night. The rooms were
clean and comfortable. There was a small fridge which was convenient. The kids
enjoyed the indoor pool. They do not offer a free continental breakfast but
rather a breakfast buffet in the lobby for about $12 per person, which was way
too high for our family of 4! We went to a nearby Denny’s for less than half the
cost, including tip. We saw another Courtyard located in downtown Bellevue close
to Belle Square Mall and my husband said he would have rather stayed there but I
wasn’t familiar enough with the location when I booked the reservation. We will
try that one next time we need a hotel there.

Staff very helpful
We were in town for a funeral and the staff there was very friendly and helpful.
We had two too many people for our room because of the kids but we just put them
on sleeping bags on the floor. The kids loved the indoor pool! They let us check
out an hour later because of our situation not having to leave for the funeral
until 1:00. Then we forgot our phone charger in the room and they mailed it to
us.

Loves high end hotels, but on a budget
Warm and welcoming staff. For the price was expecting a low end room with ugly
bedspreads and worn furniture. I was definitely impressed and will stay again
when on business travel. The room was well appointed, stylishly decorated and in
very good shape. Overall, a very quiet, restful overnight stay.

Excellent Service
Stayed for one night. Clean place, Excellent Service. Requested for room change
due to neighbour noise. Prompt and courteous service!

This hotel is in a cluster of three Marriott properties, just off I405.
Clean rooms, quiet hotel and professional staff. Good, inclusive
breakfast with selection, and very helpful attendants.
Overall, very good value for the money, easy, safe access and a good
night's rest.
You need a car - all the restaurants are a short drive away, but not
really accessible by pedestrian means. One suggestion...put microwaves
in the room. Thanks.

The hotel is nice (big rooms, quiet neighborhood, fresh air) and the
service is impeccable.
The thing it lacks most is a restaurant/bar since you're quite a way
from any source of entertainment or food. A good choice for a business
trip, especially if it involves Microsoft (it's quite close to the MS
campus in Redmond).

This is the second time we have stayed at this hotel. We're from
Vancouver and like to go down to the Seattle area once or twice a year
for a getaway and some shopping. We have 6 and 2 year old girls (who
don't like shopping) but the compromise is to get a hotel with an indoor
pool that they get to go to if they behave at the malls with us. This
hotel has a pretty decent pool that our girls are happy with. The staff
are really nice and accommodating. The rooms are also very nice for the
price. Very modern and clean. They have a Flat screen TV and free
wireless internet. The area is bit secluded but that is also something
we kind of like. It's quite and away from the busy city. We've gotten to
know the area and everything we need is a few minutes away. Both times
we stayed here the hotel was quiet too, not very busy but probably
because we go during long weekends. We were told the hotel is busy
during the week accommodating business travellers mostly from Microsoft,
which is close by.

No sofa but I did not need one
Desk and flat screen HDTV More photos The Seattle area is known as one
of the friendliest cities in the country and the staff of this hotel
proved this to be true from the time I checked-in a few minutes before
midnight. As expected of Marriott hotels, the room was clean and
comfortable. The TV has been upgraded to a huge flat screen HD and there
was a small fridge inside a cabinet. It seemed I got the room because I
am a member of their loyalty program, although I booked through a travel
consolidator and not directly with them. I have however one concern. The
housekeeper missed emptying one of the two waste baskets. It is a
trivial matter but I think they should try to be perfect. Other than
that I still will recommend them to others and I will stay again.

we only stayed here one night before flying out the next day from Seatac
airport. The room was big and clean, no noise, front desk very helpful,
the breakfast was very good with good food choices (but there was a $10
fee). Although I did not use the fitness room or the pool, I did peak
inside and both looked inviting and clean. We arrived at night in the
dark, and to my surprise, in the morning, there was a lovely courtyard
outside our room and a little table and chairs outside our room. Wished
I was staying longer, or had stayed here the other two nights I was in
the Seattle area. The only drawback to this particular room was that the
bed was not facing the tv. And I think the reason for that was to allow
guests to look out in the courtyard instead....perhaps. But to watch tv
from bed, you would have to lay on your side, or keep your neck turned
toward it. The breakfast food was very good. I would recommend this
hotel and would stay there again. |
