We thought this room would be plush, considering the chain. Not so. Room was
smaller than advertised. Picture showed a chair on each side of a King bed, but
no way a 2nd chair would fit in our room. ....

When I think back on our stay, the first thing that comes to mind is the staff.
Over four days, every encounter with a staff member - manager, clerk, maid,
