Coast Hotel Bellevue

Stayed here for a week on business. Close to the freeway and not far to drive if
you're to be at Microsoft/Costco/Nintendo etc. About 10 mins walk from the
square, there's a Denny's next to it, a Whole Foods Store across the road (which
is a great place) and a Best Buy 1 block away. Also a gas station nearby and
lots of car lots.
Hotel is a bit dated, but clean and cosy. Beds in the room are incredible, about
3ft off the ground and a pleasure to sleep on. Rooms have free Ethernet and
Wi-Fi which work well, nothing spectacular but it's not expected.
Expedia deal got me this hotel for £55/night which is great value. Continental
breakfast included which is OK. Free shuttle within a 5 mile radius of the hotel
(basically anywhere in Bellevue) but it's not regular you have to book it. Taxi
from the airport is about $50, I recommend the Shuttle Express which is only $16
each way (if you're travelling on your own).
Restaurant is not the best, I ate there as I got $75 worth of vouchers via
Expedia (should have been $50!). Pizza is the highlight, but get half cheese or
it's too much IMO. Salads aren't very good. Service is OK though.

Do not let the dated, poorly maintained exterior of the hotel worry you. The
interior has been updated. The lobby has a new modern/contemporary look; the
rooms are not quite as cool but they have new carpeting, bedding and furniture
that is in good condition. The bathrooms are not new but in great shape. The
rooms were very clean--among the cleanest I have stayed in. Despite being
located at a highway exit, the room I had facing the courtyard was very quiet.
The very clean, quitet room, quick check-in and location across the street from
the Whole Foods market earned the hotel 5 Stars.
The conference facilities are also good in good condition, the breakfast and
lunch buffets were average but acceptable and the rooms were fairly quiet,

There's nothing fancy about this hotel. It is clean and has your usual amenities
(such as business center and fitness room). Internet (wired and wireless) is a
little on the slow side. Although not mentioned on their website, they do
provide a free continental breakfast in their on-site restaurant. Bar opens late
and will allow you to bring your beer back when closing.
If all you need is a place to sleep and relax after a long day, this place
works. If you're looking for some romantic place, then try elsewhere.
Right next door is a Denny's. Only a 2 minute drive away from downtown. There's
also a Bestbuy and Home Depot nearby. Great location.

Super recommend! Go to Coast Bellevue Hotel
came from Korea to work in Seattle. While I bought a car and lease
apartment, I stayed in Coast Bellevue Hotel. It’s really good experience
for me and my wife. Kind person, convenient facility, cheap price. I
satisfied 100%.

We stayed in Bellevue on a recent trip to Seattle in hopes of finding
lower rates for rooms in the suburbs than downtown Seattle could offer.
The Coast Bellevue was clean and the rooms sufficient. not too big, but
we had a king size bed, table with 2 chairs, TV armoire and a desk. Free
internet and continental breakfast were provided. The room and bathroom
were clean. The bed was very comfortable. (As long as you like a soft
mattress. Stay away if you need a firm mattress.) The location was
great, close to both downtown Bellevue for shopping and restaurants, and
the interstates to take you into Seattle. The staff were friendly
enough. We would stay again if ever out on the west coast again.

The hotel was in a great location next to the freeway and near downtown
Bellevue/shopping. It was pretty clean. The beds are poor quality. The
pillows are very poor quality.
They do have a free continental breakfast every morning. The water
pressure in the sink was a trickle. If you can get this hotel for under
$45/night its probably worth it, but otherwise I would spend more to
stay at a Double Tree or something. This isnt the worst hotel in the
world, but I would not recommend this to a friend. Free internet
Business Center was "Out of Order" and I couldn't print off my boarding
pass. I went to the front desk and they told me that there was no other
computer in the entire hotel hooked up to a printer. Customer Service I
would grade a C minus at best. |
