Winter Sports
With close proximity to two mountains, Seattle is a Mecca for winter sports
enthusiasts. Enjoy downhill, cross-country and telemark skiing, snowboarding,
sledding and snowshoeing at Crystal Mountain, Snoqualmie Pass or Stevens Pass.
The winter sports seasons runs from the end of November through the beginning of
April.

Hurricane Ridge, and the Okanogan's Methow Valley have developed extensive trail
systems for winter hikers.
